Return Authorization Required

All returns must be authorized by Customer Service prior to being returned. Please contact us by phone or email to initiate the return process:

 Return Process

  • Items must be returned and inspected before any credit is issued.
  • If you are requesting replacement parts, you may choose to:
    • Wait for inspection to be completed before replacements are shipped, or
    • Purchase replacement parts in advance; a credit will be issued once the returned items are inspected and verified as defective or damaged.

 Defective or Damaged Items

  • Must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
  • Qualify for a full refund or replacement, subject to inspection and approval.

 Non-Defective Returns

  • Accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Only items currently in warehouse stock are eligible for return.
  • Custom or on-demand items are non-returnable, unless defective.
