Vans RV Kits were developed
and proven in the early 1990s by Skybolt when we built our 1st
RV4. Through our years at Oshkosh and SunNFun, Skybolt has exchanged
ideas with thousands of builders. We have evolved as the kits
and cowlings have evolved. This included 3.5" fastener
spacing as a standard for each kit set. You can always count
on the most up-to-date kits and components from Skybolt. In
2007, Skybolt included a PowerPoint CD with every kit detailing
installation instructions in an easy to follow format. Skybolt
kits are distributed through Aircraft Spruce or directly from
Skybolt. Either source will provide the best and most current
kit versions available. Any other source is likely a copy of
something we discontinued years ago. It is important to know
your source. New Development August 1, 2007 -Skybolt
CLoc Fasteners are now designed to outlast anything the competition
has to offer by 3 to 1. Our new "Hardened #2 Phillips Head"
resists galling with overall strength ratings 30% above most
competitors. |
