Skybolt employee, Matt Bowers received his completely rebuilt Anderson Elite Super Late Model back to the Skybolt race shop.  Now, the Howe chassis goes out for it's makeover.  Matt has been in intense negotiations with an incredible new sponsor and race team for a major 5-year deal on the NASACAR level.  His team makes their first appearance on March 13th in North Carolina with Matt in a supporting role.  He hopes to take up driving duties in April as team cars and spares come on line.  More to come on this one.....
