Step 1

Remove black plastic handle. Inside will be the needed mandrel.

Step 2

Place mandrel on grommet

Step 3
Place snap ring on mandrel-
Note: pushing the snap ring down toward the fattest part of mandrel

Step 4

Place rubber on top of the barrel until it fits snug

Push down slowly with force
Note: Push evenly on snap ring until snap ring is on grommet.
